1. Delivery Coverage
- Delivery is available only in selected serviceable areas.
- Serviceability depends on your location and pin code.
- Orders from non-serviceable areas will not be processed.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Due to the perishable nature of products, we offer fast delivery:
- Standard Delivery: Same day or within a few hours
- Express Delivery: 30 minutes to 2 hours (where available)
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
- Order volume
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or operational constraints
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
- Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Customers will receive order updates via SMS/email/app notifications.
4. Shipping Charges

- Delivery slot or urgency

5. Delivery Attempts

We will try to notify you, but no compensation is guaranteed for delays.

- While we aim for quality service:
- We are not responsible for individual delivery personnel behavior
